Effects Reflection/freedback/50/100/0/0

Com a ferramenta Deform Tool/coloque a layer pela metade

Effects Artistic effects/Enamell/1/50/5/45 (opcional)

Plugins Flaming Pear/ Flexify (Como na imagem abaixo)

Duplique a Layer/Image Flip/Image Mirror/merge visible

Effects seamless tiling /Defaut/New raster Layer/Arrange send to Bottom

Aplique Um gradiente Linear/angleo/repeats/0

Effects Texture/Straw Wall/50/1/1/30/200/angle 10/merge visible

Aplique uma mask para Top/delete mask/Drop Shadow como preferir

New raster Layer/Arrange send to Bottom/merge visible / aplique uma cor q combine

Assine e salve no formato JPEG
